By using BuddySnap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 User Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them via AI and deliver the service. Images are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

2.2 BuddySnap Content

All rights to the logo, design, code, algorithms, and the "BuddySnap" brand are the exclusive property of BuddySnap. Reproduction without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

BuddySnap is intended for personal, educational use to support exam preparation and study. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or abusive purposes.

3.2 Prohibited Actions

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, reproduce, resell or attempt to circumvent any usage limits imposed by the service.

4. Account Cancellation & Suspension

4.1 Cancellation by the User

You may cancel your account at any time from the Account page. Data will be deleted within 30 days (excluding data required to be retained by law).

4.2 Suspension by BuddySnap

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, without any obligation to issue a refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BuddySnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated answers are for study assistance only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth. We are not liable for any academic outcomes resulting from use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
